Robert Martin is a highly accomplished and focused senior financial, accounting, and marketing executive with a wealth of experience in accounting, budgeting, human resources, marketing, fundraising, organizational transformation strategy and design, and facilities management. Prior to his arrival at Frassati Catholic, he managed the largest Church and elementary school in the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL, and also served as an elected local supervisor of his community in Riverview, FL in the roles of Treasurer and Chairman of the Board respectively. Mr. Martin is a licensed attorney in Florida, and is in process of becoming licensed in Texas. He is committed to building system efficiencies, controlling costs and promoting growth through creating a culture of unity and solutions. Mr. Martin was known in the Tampa Bay area and the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL as an innovative leader and team builder with uncompromising ethics and values.
He is a husband and father of five (soon to be six), four young boys and one two-year-old girl. Born and raised near Buffalo, New York, he remains a Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and New York Yankees fan. With 18 years near Tampa, Florida he also cheers on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and is a Notre Dame and Alabama football fan. Mr. Martin is a proud product of Catholic education, from elementary school through college.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given? When all else fails, pray. That and nothing is impossible with God.
Before working at Frassati Catholic, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? In high school, I used to work at a roller skating rink as a rink guard.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Spending time with my family creating adventures every day! I also enjoy both participating in and attending theatrical productions, distance running, and anything superhero or Marvel related, Star Wars, or Disney.
