Providence Classical Invitational

At the Providence Classical Invitational last Saturday the Falcons girls team placed third and the boys team fifth. It is noteworthy that that every member of the girls and boys team set either a personal best time or a season best time during the competition.

Ashlyn Miller lead the way for the girls team with her 2nd place finish covering the 2 mile course in a personal best time of 12:11. She was followed by Annie Perry in 9th place (13:31) and Breelyn Miller in 16th place (13:50).

In the boys 5000 meter race, Thomas Langley had a strong finish taking 7th place with his season best time of 17:09.  Andrew Langley was the next Falcon runner across the finish line in 19th place with a personal best time of 18:20.

The Cross Country team will be competing next Saturday at the Faith West Hills Cross Country Race in Katy and the Nike South invitational in The Woodlands.
