Fall sports are off to an amazing start! Our Varsity Volleyball team is 14-2 on the season, including a runner up performance at the CHSM Tournament last weekend. They went 5-0 yesterday in the preliminary rounds of the Covenant Christian Tournament and will look to take their strong play into the weekend.
Cross Country participated in the Incarnate Word Academy Invitational last weekend where the boys recorded a number of personal bests and Ashlyn Miller and Izabella Vallejo from the girls team finished fourth and fifth respectively. Next up for the Cross Country Team is their first district meet this Saturday at The Woodlands Christian Academy.
Varsity Football is gearing up for their first game of the season, August 30 at the John Cooper School. They've been prepping with scrimmages against Central Texas Christian and Legacy Prep Woodlands ahead of their opening game. Senior Edwin Rice was honored Wednesday as a member of the TD Club of Houston's preseason Private High School All-Area Football Team.
Congrats to all our student athletes. Go Falcons! Photo credits: Barbara Shore, Volleyball, Michelle Eisterhold, Cross Country.
