Faith is at the heart of everything we do here at Frassati Catholic High School. Like all Catholic schools, we exist to extend the Church’s evangelizing mission by encouraging every student, teacher, parent, and staff member to build a relationship with Christ. Steeped in the inheritance of St. Dominic, Frassati Catholic’s approach is to propose, not impose, the Catholic faith by revealing its beauty, truth, and goodness.
Like the sower in the Gospel, we want to prepare the soil so that the grace of Christ can take root in the hearts of our students. We seek to offer our students opportunities where they can hear His voice—through prayer, through solid and dynamic religious instruction, through participation in the life of the sacraments, and through service to others. Our goal is that students who come to Frassati Catholic High School will leave more convinced of their own call to holiness and more willing to respond to the specific way God is calling them to bring Him to the world.

The Blessed Sacrament Chapel, our campus chapel, is open to students. Whether they are participating in group prayer with peers, or spending quiet time for reflection, our students are encouraged to take advantage of the chapel.
Every week, our community comes together to celebrate Mass, typically at 9:15am in our Assembly Hall on Fridays unless there is a special Solemnity or Holy Day of Obligation that week. We welcome celebrants from many of the parishes in the North Houston area. These celebrations out of a school week provide students with the opportunity to take precious time to gather at the Lord's table.
Look for our Mass times on our school calendar. We welcome all guests including parents, extended family, or community members. If you would like to attend Mass on Friday's with us, check the school calendar to confirm the schedule for that week, and then check in at the front office in the main Academic Building when you arrive. Try to get there at around 9am so there's plenty of time to check in and make your way to the Assembly Hall.
Students that have been trained to serve in a particular liturgical role at their home parish and would like to serve in the liturgies at Frassati Catholic as well are invited to fill out the Google Form at the link below!
One way that Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati loved to cultivate his relationship with the Lord was through frequently attending Eucharistic Adoration- sometimes all the way through the night! Students and faculty alike are encouraged to frequently spend time with our Lord, who is always present in the tabernacle of our Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Additionally, students are given dedicated time each month in their religion classes to spend time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. They start with a shorter time of prayer in their freshman year and incrementally work their way up to a whole Holy Hour by their senior year. By imitating our patron and his love for our Eucharistic Lord, Frassati Catholic students have the opportunity to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus and devotion to the Blessed Sacrament.
Adoration happens in the days leading up to the First Friday of each month. When the Blessed Sacrament is not being adored by our students in their religion class, these spots are filled by faculty, staff, and parents. If you would like to sign up for Adoration, please visit the Sign Up Genius below. Parents will need to sign in and out with the Front Desk.
Please note as the spots start to fill that we can certainly have more than three people adoring our Lord at a time. However, if the time you would like is not listed on the sign-up genius, we ask that you please find another time to adore the Lord as the chapel will already be quite full with students during those times. Thank you!
Join us for Adoration this month using
this Sign Up Genius.
Contact our Campus Minister, Ms. Vuyk at [email protected] if you have any difficulty signing up. Be sure to visit the Eucharistic Revival tabe for more information about other exciting local Eucharistic events!

Fall '23 Inaugural Father & Son Retreat
Thank you to everyone who attended our first Father/Son Retreat this fall! Fathers and sons spent the day bonding and reflecting on what it means to be a good son and father, and how to live a holy life through the example of St. Joseph. Thank you to our speakers, coordinators, and all who attended.
Pilgrimages hold a central role in the faith life of all Catholics, serving as a journey with a purpose; a journey to honor God. At Frassati Catholic, we engage in pilgrimages so that our students will become becoming witnesses for Christ and understand the importance of the Church in today’s society. We have participated in the last two World Youth Days (Krakow 2016, Panama 2019), yearly pilgrimages to Austin for the Texas Rally for Life, and locally at the March of the Surviving Youth (MOTSY). Students return energized about their faith, and resolute in their call to become agents of change in modern culture.
Make sure to check out the Eucharistic Revival page for exciting opportunities for local pilgrimages this year!
Throughout the year the Frassati Catholic community practices liturgical living by celebrating the richness of the Catholic faith. Many of our Masses are dedicated to a particular feast, solemnity, or celebration observing the liturgical calendar, and we have Marian devotions, including Our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Lourdes, and May Crowning, to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary. Our students pray before each class, the Culture of Life club prays the Rosary each Monday after school, and there is a student led Divine Mercy Chaplet prayed during lunch every school day.
