“It was a great end to the year,” said Coach Stephen Schmidt. “The team made outstanding gains throughout the season, and everyone on the team was able to set a personal record. There were some amazing individual results throughout the year, as Nicholas Young, Elizabeth Geiger, and Vanessa Weitzman were able to step in as leaders and veterans. The team is young and spirited, and the freshmen were a large part of the team as it cements a culture of positivity and determination. Our two juniors, Claire Kricfalusi and Reagan Nicholson, joined and immediately stepped in as leaders on the team. Our most groundbreaking step this year was the presence of two strong girls relays, who competed well and broke new ground for Frassati Swimming. We hope to go forward and build off of a strong foundation next year.”
