Congratulations to the Government and Debate Club

Congratulations to the Government and Debate Club for a strong showing in the Houston District Youth and Government competition. 

The Trial Court Team consisting of Gabriella Borrello, Grace Ann Kloesel, Gaby Yabut, Andrea Bodunrin, Vanessa Munguia, Annie Nguyen, and Janelle Padilla bounced back to put up an incredible defense against the top trial team in the district. Oscar Rodriguez and Eliana Cordova both passed bills through the Legislative Assembly. Patrick Weisbrod, Silvia Jeter, Zachary Harrison, Emma Okruhlik and Chiara Melchiorre all passed top 10 proposals in the State Affairs Forum. Grace Ann Fruge, John Druzbik, Alec Henry, and Nicolas Martinez also passed proposals in the State Affairs Forum.

Both Zachary Harrison and Adam Sucy were named top delegates out of 280 competitors. Grace Ann Fruge and Zachary Harrison were both chosen to serve as Committee Chairs or Clerks. />
