Girls Basketball team has strong showing at Lifestyle Christian Tournament

The Falcons Girls Basketball team went 3-1 at the Lifestyle Christian Tournament this past weekend, taking first place in the Silver Division. The team has had a strong start to its season and holds a 9-4 record as it enters district play.

“We are just starting a stretch where we are going to be playing some really good teams,” said Head Coach, Nick Isaac. “But our focus will remain the same: get better every time you take the court.”

The team has bought into Isaac's philosophy that emphasizes hard work and dedication day in and day out.

“We have a really good group of girls,” said Isaac. “They all get along on and off the court. They work hard and they understand that it's going to take time to reach our goals.”

The team plays next at Legacy Prep on December 17 at 5:30 p.m.
