Frassati Catholic High School held its Third Annual “Festa Frassati” Gala on Saturday, May 14, welcoming a record number of guests and volunteers to its new Student Life Building for an evening of dining, games, and fundraising festivities.
“We do our best to bring to life the spirit of Pier Giorgio Frassati at our galas, which is what inspired the gala committee to choose this year’s Italian theme,” said Carla E. Alsandor, director of advancement.
Proceeds from the gala and auction support Frassati Catholic’s annual operating expenses and tuition assistance program.
Frassati Catholic is preparing to welcome its largest-ever freshman class for the 2016-17 academic year. The funds from the gala play a significant part in allowing the school to continue to serve the families in north Houston desiring a Catholic high school education.
Individuals who were unable to attend this year’s gala and are interested in supporting the school may participate in a “Virtual Raise the Paddle” to assist with fundraising goals in athletics and fine arts.
