The Falcons harriers once again turned in many notable performances at the Alpha Omega Cross Country Invitational in Huntsville last Saturday.
Thomas Langley led off the morning earning a 3rd place bronze medal in the boys varsity 5 kilometer race! Thomas was followed by
Jack Miggins, Andrew Langley, Dustin Bedia, Paul Eisterhold, Collin Dufrene and
Lucas Rivera who all had personal best performances in helping the boys team finish in fourth-place.
In the girls varsity 3200 meter race,
Ashlyn Miller ran with the lead pack and medalled by taking 4th-place.
Annie Perry was the next Frassati finisher in 11th.
Grace Delahoussaye, Mary Maggio, Lucy Simon, Denise Simon and
Lauren Sharpless rounded out the scoring to help the Lady Falcons earn a third-place team finish! Way to go Falcons!
Coach Maddalena said, "Our team continues to demonstrate their toughness and desire to improve performances. We are blessed with many talented runners and I always look forward to seeing them give their best efforts every weekend."
